At its meeting on September 19, 2023, the Bonn City Council elected Deputy Mayor Nicole Unterseh as one of Mayor Katja Dörner's deputies.
She succeeds Melanie Grabowy, who resigned from office in August. Together with Deputy Mayor Dr. Ursula Sautter and Deputy Mayor Gabi Mayer, Deputy Mayor Nicole Unterseh will stand in for Mayor Dörner in representing the city.
Nicole Unterseh has been a member of Bonn City Council since this electoral term. She has also been a member of the Bad Godesberg district council since 2014. Nicole Unterseh: "I am very much looking forward to the new office and approach the task with great respect."
