There is a new login option for using the online services on the municipal portal  https://service.bonn.de (opens in a new tab): From now on, you can also log in using the BundID, which is valid throughout Germany.

This is provided by the Federal Ministry of the Interior and Home Affairs and replaces the previous Servicekonto.NRW. It enables uniform access to digital administrative services at municipal, state and federal level. Further information on BundID can be found at  https://id.bund.de/de/ (opens in a new tab)

A solution will be provided for users who already have an account in Servicekonto.NRW: If you now log in via BundID with the same e-mail address as before, your previous data will be transferred automatically. This means that your personal information and messages will be retained.
