Purpose(s) of data processing

As part of the organization of the Weiberfastnachtszug, personal data and, in some cases, special categories of personal data (political opinions, religious beliefs) of the person signing responsible and, if applicable, other participants in the Weiberfastnachtszug are processed in order to ensure the call for registration for the Weiberfastnachtszug, the formation of the procession, the approval and insurance of the Weiberfastnachtszug and the information of persons involved.
In addition, the person responsible provides information on the vehicles and participants in the procession for the commentary points along the route. This serves to welcome and comment on the respective procession group for the spectators.

The provision of the data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. As participation in the Weiberfastnachtszug is voluntary, you are generally not obliged to provide the personal data. However, if the data is not provided in full or in parts relevant to the approval or insurance of the Weiberfastnachtszug, participation of the association or group in the Weiberfastnachtszug is not possible.

Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the Beuel district administration office makes data of varying scope available are Train conductors, train organizers, security and medical personnel, train commentators, train participants, spectators, press.

The data stored at the Beuel District Administration Office is either stored permanently as archive material in accordance with the records regulations of the Bonn City Administration or deleted after the retention periods specified by the records regulations have expired.
