More and more Bonn residents are turning to solar energy - be it with a photovoltaic system on the roof or a balcony power plant. But what requirements must be met? Which technology makes sense? And what subsidies are available?

Speaker Waltraud Clever, energy consultant at the consumer advice center, will answer these and other questions in her online lecture on June 16, 2025. She will explain the basics of photovoltaics, show ways to use your own electricity and provide valuable tips. Coupling with e-mobility or heat pumps will also be discussed.

The speaker will also provide information on financial support programs, including municipal subsidies in Bonn as well as tax benefits and feed-in tariffs. During the presentation, participants can ask their questions via chat.

In her presentation, the speaker will not only provide comprehensive information on sustainable power generation, she will also explain how to develop an optimal individual solar strategy.
