Purpose(s) of data processing

Measures to promote the health of children and young people (Section 12 ÖGDG NRW) and the dental health of children and young people (Section 13 ÖGDG NRW);

Carrying out individual and serial medical and dental examinations of children and adolescents;

Fulfilling statutory duties, in particular examinations in connection with Kita and school, the ability of unaccompanied minors to travel and other examinations

The public health department processes and stores the personal data as required for the duration of the processing. After processing has been completed, the data collected by the public health department will be stored as required in accordance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations. School (dental) medical examinations must be stored for 10 years after completion of the process.
