The regional cultural funding of the Rhineland Regional Council (LVR) serves to strengthen and preserve the diversity and sustainability of cultural offerings in the Rhineland and to make them visible and tangible from afar.

Applications to the LVR's regional cultural funding department from Bonn applicants must be submitted to the City of Bonn's cultural office by February 28/29 of each year for projects in the following year. After a review, the submitted applications are then submitted to the LVR by March 31 of the year.
