The municipal Bonn-Information offers citizens a comprehensive guest service on site at the Tourist-Information as well as via digital media. The range of services includes multilingual publications, accommodation services, transport advice, the sale of Bonn souvenirs and ticket sales for city tours and sightseeing tours.

In addition, Bonn-Information aims to maintain and expand the city's tourism infrastructure and supports various, often regional, but also international tourism projects and cooperations such as the "RadRegionRheinland" project, the "Rheinsteig", the "Weg der Demokratie", the "Touristisches Datenmanagement Nordrhein-Westfalen - offen, vernetzt, digital", or the "Historic Highlights of Germany" city network.
Together with Tourismus NRW, Bonn-Information supports the labeling system: "Travel for All" - which presents all important barrier-free information of the businesses.
