The SGB's real estate management department makes rooms in schools and gymnasiums available to clubs, associations of any non-commercial nature and political parties for holding events, mostly free of charge. As a matter of principle, rental to natural and legal persons under private law (private third parties, companies, businesses, etc.) is excluded.

The rooms that can be rented for an event are listed in Annexes 1 and 2 to the "Tariff of Charges for Temporary Rentals".

The provisions of the "Rental Regulations for Temporary Rentals" and the "Tariff of Charges for Temporary Rentals" apply to the provision of these rooms. According to these regulations, school facilities as well as sports and multi-purpose halls can be rented for all types of events and assemblies as well as for training and practice evenings that are permitted by law and do not conflict with the interests of the school and the City of Bonn.

Special notes: Overnight stays are not possible. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer/rental of rooms.
