E-mobility for Bonn's roads
The city of Bonn's vehicle fleet is being expanded by 17 e-vehicles and the combustion engines are being replaced. This update is already reducing the burden on the environment. We are doing this to set an example and find imitators among the population. After all, the more electric mobility becomes a matter of course, the more willing people will be to follow suit.
By purchasing the new e-vehicles, we want to reduce 110 tons of carbon dioxide(CO2) and 190 kilograms of nitrogen oxide(NOx) every year by 2025.

The new vehicles will be used by many different departments and their employees. The implementation of environmental measures is not just a matter for the relevant authority, but an all-encompassing matter. In addition to e-cars, Streetscooters will also be part of the new fleet. The employees of the city of Bonn are thus presenting themselves as modern and approachable.
