My name is Ines Eichert. Since the beginning of February, I have been working in the Regional Education Office of the City of Bonn, in the municipal coordination of "Kein Abschluss ohne Anschluss" (KAoA for short).

Before that, I worked for many years as a school social worker in various types of schools and districts.

I am looking forward to being the contact person for the vocational orientation coordinators at the vocational colleges, coordinating "Ausbildungswege NRW" and the career explorations.

As part of my work at KAoA, I would also like to focus on the topic of careers guidance in primary and lower secondary schools (grades 5-7). By taking on the cross-sectional task of gender sensitivity, it is important to me to help break down gender stereotypes at an early age and to think about gender sensitivity.
