Registration takes place via the  BundID (opens in a new tab). You can log in using the online ID function or after registering with a user name and password. Unfortunately, some services only work if you log in using the online ID function (eID function) of the new ID card. Please follow the instructions in the information texts.

The BundID replaces the previous Servicekonto.NRW registration option, which will be discontinued on 30.06.2024. A solution will be provided for users who already have an account in Servicekonto.NRW: If you now log in via BundID with the same e-mail address as before, your previous data will be transferred automatically. This means that your personal information and messages will be retained.

All current online services are either free of charge or can be paid for using ePayment (paypal, giropay or direct debit).

As soon as you have registered and requested a service, you can use the inbox function. You can access this via the "Postkorb" tab. This function is used for information and communication between you and the city administration. You can use the inbox function to send and receive messages, submit documents and check the processing status of your application.

The  Online Access Act (opens in a new tab) obliges the federal government, federal states and local authorities to make certain administrative services accessible online. An administration portal is to be used as the platform. The administration portal of the city of Bonn is the service portal.
