Purpose(s) of data processing

Networking the operational control systems of the North Rhine Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians and the fire and rescue service control center of the City of Bonn to exchange operational data in order to simplify existing processes via a bidirectional interface; for callers who contact the emergency number 112 with a request for help and for whom it is determined after the query by a standardized query protocol (standardized emergency call query, SNA for short) that it is not an emergency to be handled by the emergency medical services, all relevant parameters such as location data and medical data are forwarded to the responsible office of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KV);

if callers call 116117 with a rescue service emergency and have gone through the procedure of a standardized query with the result "emergency", the recorded data is forwarded to 112
