Work organization for the preparation of official certificates, attestations, expert opinions (§ 19 ÖGDG NRW):

Carrying out official medical examinations and medical examinations and assessments for offices of the Bonn city administration, other authorities and public corporations, court opinions, deferral of examinations.

Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c, e) and Art. 9 para. 2 lit. b, h) GDPR in conjunction with § 6 para. 1 no. 4, 19 Act on the Public Health Service of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (ÖGDG NRW), Federal Civil Service Act (BBG), State Civil Service Act of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (LBG NRW), NRW Aid Ordinance and others.

Recipients and categories of recipients of the data

Employees of the medical officer or, if applicable, the social psychiatric service at the public health department; external: clients in accordance with the legal basis.

Duration of storage and retention periods
(from legal provisions such as cash register, commercial, tax law or KGSt recommendations)

The public health department processes and stores the personal data to the extent necessary for the duration of the processing. After processing has been completed, the data collected by the public health department will be stored as required in accordance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations. The specified periods for storage and documentation are up to 30 years. Public health department; external: client according to legal basis.
